Kmart savings

Wowzer. I had such a blast at Kmart today! I think I saw at least 6 people I know shopping. Kristi and Meredith were cashing in on the double coupons. Luckily, they didn't take all the stuff I was looking for!

Take a look at all the loot! Back by popular demand, I will list the coupons I had as well. All coupons were doubled unless the item was less than that, then the item was free.
  • Olay bars 4.99, $2 coupon
  • Vaseline lotion 2.50, $1.50 Q
  • Kotex 1.29, 0.75 Q
  • Selsun Blue 6.99, $1 Q
  • Gillette shave cream 1.99, $1 Q
  • Bic Soleil razor 2.50, $2 Q
  • Visine drops 2.50, $2 Q
  • Suave kids shampoo 3/$5, $1 Q, 1.75 Q
  • Benefiber 8.49, $2 Q
  • Halls 1.66, $1 Q
  • Benadryl kids 5.99, $1 Q
  • Buddies soap 0.97, $2.50 Q
  • Ziploc baggies 2.49, 0.55 Q
  • paper towel 1.39, $1 Q
  • Oust 3.79, $2 Q
  • Pledge 4.19, $2 Q
  • Popcorn 2.79, 0.40 Q
  • Rice cakes 1.99, $1 Q
  • Kellogg's cereal 2.50, $1 Q
  • Post trail mix crunch 2.79, $2 Q
  • sour cream 1.39, 0.50 Q
  • Pop tarts 2.50, $1/2 Q

My total before coupons was over $141. but after coupons it was $39.09. Here's where it gets even better....I used my two $10 gift cards that I got from transferring my prescriptions, and I only had to pay $19.72 out of pocket! Pretty sweet deal!

How did you do?

  1. OKAY so where do you get all your man. coupons? Also how did you know Kmart was doubling them and what was on sale there? I think I figured out how to post this without signing up. I think. Jen

  2. You rocked Kmart. I went with child and spent $16 ($60 before coupons) which I thought was pretty good.

Love the kids in the pictures!

  4. I get the portage paper on Satuday which has coupons, and I also get the Sunday state journal that has coupons. I also 'troll' online looking for printable coupons. Keep your eyes open in the stores too, there are often coupons near items!
