Walgreen's deals

I made my weekly trip to Walgreen's today. I was disappointed that a couple of the items on my list were out of stock, so I guess I will make another trip later this week. I would skip it, but I am in need of one of the items.

Zucol is a free after rebate (FAR) item, plus I had a $2 off coupon to make it a moneymaker! I also remembered that I needed valentine's for the kids to use at school, so more went to that as well.

Total: 24.07 after coupons and in store ads. But.... I got $3 register rewards (RR) and a 6.99 rebate coming back to me, making my actual total $14.08. Pretty good considering the 3 12-packs of Mountain Dew~ my addiction that is non-negotiable right now.

How is your Walgreeen's trip going this week? Let me know and leave a comment. If you have any questions, let me know that too!!

Happy Shopping:)

  2. Kendra,

Not sure how much you paid for the Mt. Dew, but target has Pepsi products on sale for 3/11 this week (which isn't the greatest) but target has a coupon for 1.00 off pepsi products so it makes it 3/8 which is better. Since you can print target coupons without using the brinks or redsource coupon printers, you should be able to print target coupons. Let me know if you want the link.

  3. Thanks for the comments. Essentially the Mt. Dew was 3/$8 after the RR so I feel that was a good deal. Jules, loved your score. I would be interested in the link except Target is all the way in Madison and therefore not in my shopping range. I would have to save a ton in order for that to be worth the time.

And Tami Jo, Thanks for all the great comments. Any time you want help to get started with Walgreen's I can help!!
